ROCOL^® Launches Advanced Online Lubrication Management Software

ROCOL’s new Sentinel software - developed in association with Softsols, one of the leading computerised maintenance management software (CMMS) developers - revolutionises the way industries can manage lubrication across the plant by utilising an easy to use online portal.

A key element of the ROCOLcare® lubrication management programme, Sentinel is a step-change in maintenance management technology because it removes the risks and limitations of Microsoft Excel and Word based lubrication management tools.  All data is held safely, securely and reliably by ROCOL.

Sentinel is secure and easy to use.  Maintenance engineers can access their password-protected software account through Microsoft Internet Explorer and view or update individual machinery tasks and historical data in a familiar ‘folder in folder’ format.  All the data is held indefinitely and cannot be deleted, which makes Sentinel extremely useful in demonstrating the lubrication audit trail.  Sentinel can also be accessed using SSL encryption, giving enhanced security.
