The performance of SPATTER RELEASE Spray has got even better....
SPATTER RELEASE Spray is designed to prevent the adhesion of molten weld spatter to the work piece, fixtures, jigs, shrouds and nozzles.
The performance of SPATTER RELEASE Spray has been improved so that it offers many new benefits, this includes:
- Long lasting super fine spray pattern gives even better surface coverage - prevents over usage
- Contains high levels of active ingredient - single pass coating that allows multiple welds
- Now holds 33% extra product
- Less aerosols used means a significant reduction in wastage costs
- No hazard labelling - does not contain hazardous substances such as dichloromethane, which is commonly used in spatter release formulations
In addition to this it’s:
- Silicone free – leaves surfaces ready for painting or coatings
- Very easy to clean
- Made from renewable and biodegradable resources
- Safe to use – non corrosive and non flammable
SPATTER RELEASE Spray in action:
A leading west midlands pipe fitting contractor uses a spatter spray for welding applications. This includes stick welding low carbon and stainless steel flanges fixtures and brackets. They required a spatter release spray that prevents the adhesion weld spatter to the work piece, jigs and fixtures. In addition they required it to be:
- Non flammable and free from harmful solvents such as dichloromethane
- No or low fuming during the welding process
SPATTER RELEASE Spray was found to meet all the customer’s requirements with the added benefits of reduced usage. The ‘super fine’ spray pattern was found to minimise the applied density without adversely affecting its release properties. This resulted in a single SPATTER RELEASE Spray aerosol outlasting the competitor product by a factor of more than three.
