The comprehensive FOODLUBE® range of NSF H1 registered products, are safe for incidental food contact. FOODLUBE® provides plant wide safety from a single lubricant range.

The superior performance of FOODLUBE® provides improved efficiency reducing downtime and costs. Manufactured to strict BS EN ISO standards, this performance is assured every time FOODLUBE® is used.

Survey

The comprehensive ROCOLcare® survey ensures the right product in the right place and the right time. Utilising ROCOL quality lubricants, the survey is used to extend lubrication intervals and rationalise lubricant usage. Ensuring the correct lubrication frequency and method assists with plant efficiency and reduced downtime.

Lubrication Management

The ROCOLcare® lubrication management software ensures easy management of daily lubrication tasks. At the same time, records are produced to ensure compliance with interal & external audit requirements.

Signage and labelling supplied as part of the ROCOLcare® package ensure that the right lubricant is used in the right lubrication point. Labelling lubrication points ensures the right lubricant usage helping to increase lubrication efficiency.

Advice & assistance with lubrication equipment assist in easing lubrication jobs. Along with testing and analysis to provide lubricant change by necessity not tradition, lubrication efficiency, and reduced lubricant costs all help to increase plant efficiency.

Operator Training

Training is offered as part of the ROCOLcare® package.

This can range from fundamentals of lubrication to improve operator awareness to a comprehensive course on lubricants and their optimum usage. Along with training on the optimum use of the ROCOLcare® software, our training is designed to improve lubrication efficiency.

Technical Support

Experienced engineers are available to answer product and application questions relating to lubrication. This support is both at your site and from ROCOL. Our extensive labs also provide detailed technical support to assist you.

Along with this on-going support, regular review meetings are scheduled to ensure that the benefits of ROCOL lubricant usage are being acheived.

Labour

Full or part time personnel can be supplied by ROCOLcare® to conduct all lubrication jobs on site.

Our expert lubrication engineers conduct all lubrication tasks and agree performance parameters to be met. Working as part of your team, they will work with you to implement best practice in lubrication methods and usage. This proactive approach improves lubrication efficiency and reduces downtime & costs.
